Keith began his career  in the Midwest in 1983 as a commercial builder and later, developer, of close to 100 custom homes in and around a New England-style village.

He developed several subdivisions, establishing many great relationships in the real estate community. In 1997, he and his wife relocated to the Southwest where Keith spent 13 years as a builder/developer of speculative homes starting in the million dollar price range. 

In his 30+ year career in residential and commercial construction, Keith managed multi-million dollar construction projects. He enjoy the artistic aspect of construction immensely and helping clients and customers with real estate needs has now become not only job, but also a passion.

Keith and his wife both have been real estate agents since the late 80’s in multiple states. They moved to 30A after several years of visits to the area. During one of those visits, they met Jon Miller, broker for Go To The Beach. Jon and Keith hit it off immediately and have been working together ever since. 

Ryder, Keith's canine assistant, list and sell from Destin to Panama City, assisting buyers and sellers.  Additionally, Keith and Jon have created a development company to take advantage of the current opportunities in the 30A real estate market.
